if my glucose level is elevated, 6.0 to 7.0 mmol fasting, should i eat carbs with breakfast?or just protein and green veges?

Avoid carbs!!!: By far the most important thing one can do if they have elevated fasting glucose (a sign of diabetes is to minimize all simple carbs (sugars ; starches) at all meals. Exercise helps.
