My 27 yo cousin has been diagnosed with vasculitis (first flare up was age 2 in july 1995, drs said it could reaccur). Dec 2019 it did. She is told she has multiple myeloma and lupus now too with this. Prognosis? I wish there was something to cure it
This is for my mother, aged 55. High serum kappas (33), normal lambdas and marginally high kappa lambda ratio (1.9). SPEP and Immunofixation show polyclonal gammopathy (in IgG Kappa and Lambda). Should we be concerned about MGUS/Myeloma ?
Serum free light chain test shows normal kappa (8.7mg/dl), low lambda (3.80), high kap/lam ratio (2.31). Serum $ urine electrophoresis show no monoclonal protein, nor does serum immunofixation. Likely MGUS, myeloma, or admyloidosis? CBC/met panel ok.
M57, cbc, serum albumin, serum protein all normal does this mean I am clear of multiple myeloma?
