Exercise: To dehydrate you need to increase your breathing and increase core body temperature. Most loss of fluid is in breathing out humidified air and in a drier version. Exercise in cold air where the moisture has been taken out through freezing. The raise core temp through muscle activity to stimulate the body to attempt to maintain temp by evaporation.
