Think about it: Victoza (liraglutide) is a medication for diabetes and is not marketed for weight loss . Make sure there are no metabolic reasons for holding on to your weight . In addition seeing someone to make sure your efforts in exercise and diet are appropriate may help.

Trial: Diet and exercise are the cornerstone for weight loss. If your body has lost it's ability to listen to the Insulin receptors in the body found in the muscle (tissue that uses the most energy), then medication to enhance and retrain these sites will help with weight loss. To the best of my knowledge there is no medication that results in appropriate weight loss without exercise.
