A member asked:

I don't eat dinner sometimes. i snack and weight myself constantly. if this is an eating disorder, what should i do?

Reflect and decide: If your compulsion to weigh yourself all the time diminishes your happiness, then i would say you have a problem - but maybe not an eating disorder. Seeing the weight go up and down might be like riding a roller coaster - anxiety provoking and exciting. Some really get into the feeling of being in control. But what are you missing? Is life enjoyable? Consider psychotherapy.
