Start: If you start it will take about 28 days or so before working out becomes habitual. Set small goals by time. 5 minutes, 1 set etc. The next day add 5 minute or another 2 sets of a different exercise. Once you see how simple it is to work out briefly, you can increase the time or intensity to suit your goals. It takes time to make it a habit.
