Stitch side: hello~ you are unfit and you should get back out there and start running again but slower and guarding the side and you'll probably find that when you warm up it will go away. The fitter you are the less troubled by stitches you will be. But you must also learn how to pace yourself when exercising. Run within your own comfortable capacity. Keep up with no-one except yourself ! thanks
