Depends..: ... On what you are having done. Are you in pain? Are you going in for a check-up and cleaning? Either way you will fill out a health history when you get there, the staff and dentist will introduce themselves, and then you will explain what it is they can do for you. Radiographs will probably be taken, and then treatment will be rendered.

A good experience: Hopefully a good experience. Considering that you have never been to the dentist, don't be surprised if the dentist finds some cavities or gum problems in your mouth. Both can be easily treated good luck.
