i do take cymbalta (duloxetine) 60/klonopin2.5/lamictal100/tegretol--still quite anxious and restless..would you raise lamictal or tegretol higher?

Careful: Tefretol would be better than Lamictal but can be dangerous and blood levels should be gotten to safely use this medication.

Talk to your psych: I would personally stop the Cymbalta gradually while adding in saphris, (asenapine) latuda, depakote, or fanapt. Discuss with your psychiatrist first.
