Maybe: It could be a mucocoele- a mucous cyst under the tongue ..Not usually a "problem" but can cause annoyance. Have your dentist look at her. Or and ENT doc.

Swollen tongue: This is difficult to diagnose without a visual examination. Any swelling in not normal. Have this examined by your dentist or an ENT specialist.

Needs exam: Can't diagnose over the computer. Would just be a guess. If it looks funny, works funny, smells funny, tastes funny, or if your just not sure, get whatever it is examined, whether it's a tongue, toe, or fingernail.
