My right tonsil looks like it has a cut on it. nothing is coming out of it. my right gland is swollen as well. my right side of my mouth hurts really ?

Pain: Any bleeding or as in your case swelling/pain should be investigated. We can't see the "cut." Nor can we assess which of the many head/throats lymph glands are involved. Please see MD/DO or urgent care (you don't need ER) for examination, diagnosis, and treatment plan. Don't suffer, get help.
