Oral swelling: Not knowing anything about you, not even your age, let alone your medical or social history, its not possible to provide you with a relevant response. Is the fullness firm, soft or fluctuant? how long has it been there? did it develop suddenly or gradually? Your description is suggestive of hematoma or AV fistula. I would recommend eval by your dentist or ENT.
