Re-evaluate: Look at the basics: getting 7 1/2 to 8 hours sleep, eating 6 equal healthy meals with 6 fresh vegetables and 1 fruit a day at least, getting frequent short burst of exercise through the day (pretend jump roping), .Do you look pale? Is your iron level sufficient? Are you getting enough vit d from sunshine? Are you well hydrated? If these are not the problem see a physician for a thorough check up.
