Nutrition?: Good to exercise, but what kind of " fuel"& nutrients you give to your body? Got enough sleep? Avoid processed food, sodas, excess alcohol. Consume more Produce, Yogurt, Nuts, Fish. Cut carbs.Get more water.,Vitamin D about 2000 IU/ day. Check labs with your MD.
