Er or doctor? i have sudden swollen clavicle gland pain/tenderness, feeling extreme fatigue/weakness, no cold etc, did have flu shot thursday.

Office: None of the symptoms seem to be acute enough to prompt er visit. If your pain is unbearable or your condition is accompanied by high fever and/or shortness of breath or other symptoms that are worsening, er visit may be appropriate but based on your presentation, office visit or at least urgent care will be the best.
