Call your doctor: 7 is awfully high. If these symptoms are new i would advise you to call your doctor right away.

Way too high!!!!!!: An inr of 7 is dangerously high. The normal therapeutic inr is 2-3, depending on the indication for warfarin. You should see your doctor immediately for dosage adjustment or consider switching to a newer anticoagulant that does nor require specific monitoring.
