Maybe: Listed side effects of warfarin include Severe bleeding, excessive menstrual bleeding, Red/brown urine, Black/bloody stool, Severe headache or stomach pain, Joint pain, discomfort or swelling, Vomiting of blood coffee ground like material, Coughing blood, Bruising with no injury, Dizziness or weakness, Vision changes. Dizziness can happen. If it seems related to the med check with your Doc.
