If you eat 6 equal healthy meals with 6 servings of fresh vegetables, eaten raw or cooked, and 1 apple and use the slow burning carbohydrate grains like quinoa, amaranth, and buckwheat groats, soaked for 8 hours, rinsed, and then cooked, with good protein and fat you will be satisfied with less.
