Carbohydrates: Carbs can cause weight gain, and if you decrease the amount of carbs in your diet, you will lose weight. Decreasing the amount of calories in compared to those you can burn off with a good exercise program will also help, as it is pure math...If you burn more than you take in-you will lose weight .
