No: Fluconazole 150mg single dose or 2-100mg tablets in a single dose is common. Some recommend 100mg daily for three successive days. All seem to be effective.

No: One dose of 200 mg works about 85% of the time. If two doses are taken, the success rate is about 94%. When three doses are taken (one pill every other day for three doses) the success rate is almost 99%.
