My yeast infection came back. dr gave me 3 oral doses of fluconazole this time. taken every 72hours. i have a vagina suppository leftover from previous yeast infection. can i use both at the same time for effective elimination of yeast infection?

It would be safe to use both, but no more effective than oral fluconazole alone. Five to 10% of vaginal yeast infections are caused by Candida resistant to all "azole" drugs. If the problem persists or comes back again, you may need alternate treatment, e.g. with nystatin, mycofungin, or caspofungin.
