In motorcycle accident. back pain got mri and they found a cycst on my t6. would my back pain be from the cycst or from the trauma of the accident?

Sorry about accident: It appears that the vertebral cyst is an incidental finding and has been there for some time before your accident. If you did not have back pains before your accident then these are likely to be post trauma pains.

Unlikely: These things are seen regularly as incidental findings when we scan trauma patients, Cysts in the vertebra are usually small and unlikely to be a source of pain. Back is quite likely from the crash itself.
