I hv marrow edema in d10 vert on mri, i hv no history of trauma or infection, i have pain in my mid back phys told it is injry. what treatment i take?

Marrow edema: Marrow edema is nonspecific and can be caused by numerous abnormalities. The treatment would be for the underlying cause of the edema. It sounds like your physician thinks it is traumatic in nature. If you don't recall any trauma, you may have low bone density(osteoporosis) which can result in fractures with no or minimal trauma. Speak with your doctor about the next steps.
