Mri result showed dark spot in pons area. radiologist reports reads hemosiderin deposition with possible vascular malformation or remote trauma. no sign of swelling. how serious and urgent in this? cant get back for another mri for awhile.

Physical exploration: More than another MRI it is important to recognize the symptoms that made you look for an MRI and ask to a neurology specialist about them. It is possible that nothing but surveillance is required, but this must be defined after a full evaluation made by a specialist.
