Can propranolol 20 plus citalopram 20 lower diastolic blood pressure to 66? my bp is usually 66 and 11. is it good? is it because of mvp i have?

Normal limits: Propranolol itself can lower blood pressure significantly. A diastolic pressure of 66 is still acceptable and would cause no problems. Mitral valve prolapse may cause disturbances in the heart rhythm but not the blood pressure as a rule.
