If you have mitral: valve prolapse it is a condition that does not "heal" nor is it associated with teen growth. Sagging of the anterior leaflet is not prolapse. Propranolol is fine but this dose is too low to be clinically effective it is more homeopathic than anything. You should consider having your echo reviewed and obtaining a second opinion. Otherwise when you apply for insurance you will be rated for heart dz.
