My labs :crp, high sensitivity (cardio)= 4.0 h normal <3.0. how can i lower this number. my cholesterol is high to 224. trig: 150 hdl: 45 ld?

You don't have to.: At this time, there's no evidence that lowering hs-crp will lower cardiovascular risk. That's why hs-crp is referred to as a "risk marker" (as opposed to a "risk maker.") that being said, all of the things that will lower cholesterol and cardiovascular risk (e.g., diet, exercise, blood pressure control, smoking cessation, etc.) can also help lower hs-crp.
