Lipids: Your hdl is low but so are the other lipids. Your dhea level is ok. Because of you're being overweight, I recommend an evaluation by a dietician at your local hospital. Your ideal weight will be determined, your current eating habits critiqued and the desired amount of daily calorie intake depending upon your level of daily activity and physical exertion. You will be given a proper diet for you.

HDL and CRP: You HDL is low and CRP is elevated and these items warrant evaluation. Depending on your height you may be overweight and especially if your waist circumference is higher than 35 inches you may have metabolic syndrome. It would be prudent to see a doctor for evaluation and advice about weight, exercise ad life style modification.
