Can liver cyst be carcinoid?

No, Not really: But the shadows of the liver cysts can be confused with tumor metastases in the liver. However follow up tests and other imaging tests like ultrasound or MRI of the liver can easily make a distinction between the cysts versus the tumors like carcinoid tumors.
