See your dentist: Periodontal disease and gum disease are infections that can spread to your blood stream. As with any infection, fatigue can be a symptom. A proper dental exam with radiographs will help to determine if this is the case and you and your dentist can help find a treatment option that is best suited for you.

"Perio" ; Fatigue: When you have periodontitis, you have many, many harmful bacteria growing in the space between the teeth and the gums. The deeper the pockets (more than 3mm deep), the more harmful bacteria. Your body responds to this insult , eventually making gums bleed easily. Bacteria then start to enter into blood stream, creating chronic inflammation in the body, which is a major cause of fatigue.
