Sore gums: You may have pyorrhea or an infection of the gums which can give you fever, a loss of appetite, and general feeling of malaise. See your dentist or an oral surgeon for help.

See physician: You should have your blood tested for anemia and also vitamin deficiencies. Also have thyroid test.
