It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described could be primary infection with oral herpes. If your symptoms do not get better in 2-3 days it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!

Could be anything from Necrotizing Ulcerative Gingivitis to Streptococcal infection to viral or fungal infection or to blood dyscrasia or to something else. You symptoms are to vague for a directed diagnosis. Please put the computer down and go see your Dentist. This site is for general information, not diagnosis.
