Gums: This sounds like a rheumatological condition. Sjogren's syndrome is the most typical condition to affect oral mucosa. I'd see a physician for evaluation.

Medications: I would first ask if you are on any medications because of the swollen gums and dry mouth. There are many causes of joint pain and fatigue. I would need more info to help with this.
