Hello Doctor, Whats the reason behind Idiopathic RLS remission for some days/week? Disappears suddenly but comes back with vengeance after few days. Why can't be this permanent? Does it mean something which is causing it gets normalized??

Doctor, I am experiencing sexual side effects from Gabapentin, which i have been taking since several months now for RLS, does these side effects goes away on stoppage of medicine??? Any alternative of Gabapentin which doesn't cause Such side effects?
