Hello doctor, whats the reason behind idiopathic rls remission for some days/week? disappears suddenly but comes back with vengeance after few days. why can't be this permanent? does it mean something which is causing it gets normalized??

Not unusual at all, as both external and internal events can result in both remissions and exacerbations of symptomatology in multiple neurological disorders. This is the rule, not the exception. Have your doctor counsel you, as to what to expect, and how to manage it.
