Is it possible for doctors to discover blocked heart arteries during a colonoscopy?

Not directly: The colonoscopy does not in any way look at the heart, only at the lining of your colon. If a patient has issues during the test such as chest pain, irregular heart beat or hypotension, coronary artery disease may be considered, but different types of testing will be needed to verify.
