What was the reason you had heart calcium test done? What are your HDL cholesterol and your ethnicity? Do you have any other medical problem?

You have clear atherosclerosis in the arteries. I call it rust. Most likely related to smoking and/or high blood pressure and maybe high lipids. You did not mention early family history of heart disease? Discuss with your Dr and do risk of having a heart attack calculation. It is not likely you can get rid of the calcium but you can stop the rust now by diet and lipid lowering meds.
