As : As you have a history of coronary artery disease, you must have a re-evaluation. This is especially important as you have not been able to take your medication. Although i understand you are worried about finances, the best thing would be to ask the billing department if you can work out a plan, but no matter what, you must be seen. In addition, i would mention that there are some pharmacy companies that will provide their medications to patients with funding difficulties, and some states offer assistance with medications also. But the bottom line is, you have a known heart condition, and must seek evaluation, this is very important.

Need to see your DR: Sounds like new ? Unstable angina. You need to start on asa, chol med may be beta blocker and need to be evaluated for stress test / coronary angiogram.
