I have anomalous origin of left coronary artery from non aortic cusp.doctors are saying i'm fine.ive episodes where my left arm goes numb i get a head rush and have heart palpitations. i've had my hr hit 240 during an episode. how concerning is this?

From my reading this rather rare condition is a serious concern. You are symptomatic.. Surgical correction may be needed. Tachycardia at rate of 240 needs treatment and/or preventative measures. . Have you consulted a cardiothoracic surgeon at a university hospital? If so, ? a second opinion.
