Not usually: Teething does not cause "lumpy cheeks". If they are drooling a lot from teething they may get a drool rash on their cheeks and neck but that is it. Most people would describe this as a mild rash, not as "lumpy". If this is what you meant, then it is normal and will resolve when drooling stops. If questionable then have an exam by a pediatric dentist. They will be able to tell you if this is normal.

Teething: Red and swollen gums , red flushed cheek or face , rubbing their ears on the same side as the tooth which is coming through , dribbling more than usual , waking more at night and generally being more unsettled , inconsistent feeding , rubbing their gums, biting, chewing or sucking more are the common presentations of teething. Lumpy cheek would most likely be due to something else, see doctor,
