See her Dr.: It's hard to say what it is without being able to examine her, but it's probably not something scary. Best is to have her Dr. take a look -- then you'll know for sure!

No worry: Most mouth trauma will clear up by themselves within a week or two. You should see your pediatrician or dentist if the black dot gets worse or lasts for longer than 2 weeks.
