Wisdom tooth: Most likely the red spot on your cheek is from trauma from the sharp wisdom tooth. See a dentist and get this checked. You may need to have the wisdom removed but a dentist can best answer this question.

Probably not: You probably bit your cheek. If you have sharp edges or sharp teeth...go see your dentist. They may be able to just smooth them off and not pull them. No pain with the smoothing. Your cheek will thank you.

Not cancer: It's more probable is the scar tissue on your cheek caused by trauma. If you are experiencing pain, swollen lymph nodes and it does not go away or if you find it difficult to open your mouth, you should see a dentist for wisdom teeth removal.
