Better than many but: I can't speak for other docs. Looking at the ingredients it looks ok; it's main selling point is high levels of carnitine ; beta-alanine which are thought to be beneficial in building muscle when working out, but beta-alanine can cause paresthesias (nerve pain). It has natural e but not much ; would be better if it had mixed tocopherols. For independent ratings of 101 vits seehttp://bit.Ly/1b36cq0.

My opinion only: Totally worthless, just like most multivitamins, regardless of how they are made. Plus, there are more possible problems with synthetics ( although to be fair the Vitamins C, D, E in your brand name multivitamins are all really synthetic and not complete vitamins). If you care, look up how ascorbic acid is made for multivitamins and then look up Vitamin C. They are NOT the same substance.
