Vitamins: You may be surprised but many doctors would advise against taking any multivitamin in a healthy thirty year old in the U.S. But, in general, we do not endorse any products here on health tap. Thus we cannot recommend a specific product.

FRESH FRUITS and+: All meds/supplement in tablet/capsule form available are "laboratory made" and so if you are asking for a "natural pill, " that does not exist. Anyhow, the best sources of natural vitamins are from fresh fruits and veggies. Some from animal products--such as vitamin b12, other from grains such as b6, and vitamin d from the sun. So, if you want natural, then eat "naturals". Be well/healthy.Good luck.
