Possible blood clot: You probably got a prepatellar bursitis with an effusion, "water on the knee." but this can put pressure on the veins and cause a blood clot (dvt.) go to your doctor or urgent care asap and ask for an ultrasound.

Should get checked: Can't be sure exactly what you have, but i calf-pain and swelling is a bit concerning for possible blood clot. The pain is possibly from "prepatellar bursitis" caused by the trauma of kneeling on the hard floor. Some motrin/aleve may help but i would recommend seeing a doc for eval. Good luck.

Housemaid's knee: You have pre pattler bursitis or housemaid' s knee from scrubing floors which can be cured with rest and ice. However, the swelling of your calf may be worrisome. You may have a deep vein thrombosis and i advise you to see a vascular surgeon or go to the er asap.
