hit my knee on the coffe table. upward motion. it was one of the worst pains. it's been two hours and i'm having difficulty walking, moving leg, can bear weight for a short time. it's not too swollen tho. should i be worried?

RICE: Start with Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation or RICE therapy. If you don't have any medicine allergies you can take an NSAID like aleve or ibuprofen as well. If your symptoms are not improving you will need an examination and xray. Hope this helps. God Bless

Injury requires rest: Hot and cold compresses and time will take care of it. No worries for a day if the pain is improving.. otherwise see your doctor. I hope you feel better.
