My left leg behind the knee is swollen. from behind the same leg upper thigh to about 4/5 in. this leg is in severe pain. i can't put presure .or lift.

Need to be seen imme: This could be many things but the most severious possibility is a blood clot in a leg vein which potentially is life threatening if it breaks off and goes to lungs. Also possible is swelling due to arthritis in knee with a baker's cyst. See your internist right away.
