Yes.: This sounds like a good exercise program. I would also recommend doing interval training, recommended by sports trainers to increase cardiovascular fitness. Try: sprint on your bike for 30 seconds at a time to really maximize your heart rate (until you are out of breath, breathing hard and fast, and need to take a break). Then, slow the pedals to rest. Repeat every few minutes.
