Why is it good to do physical fitness activities every day? doesn't it strain the heart?

Exercise: Daily aerobic exercise for at least 30minutes and some anaerobic exercise has repeatedly been shown to increase conditioning and general health and well being. By training the peripheral muscles, the cardiac work load to achieve any level of submaximal exercise is generally decreased so that when conditioning is present it doesn't 'strain the heart.'
