I could but you would not like it. FitnessPal(FP) is good. I am not sure what the daily minimum for fiber is, if there is one. You can use cereal, rice brown and fruits as a way to increase. I would also see if FP has a list of high fiber foods that you like. You and enter foods advertised as high fiber and see what you like to use to increase fiber. I would not use supplements but natural.
